Miles

Today was absolutely beautiful! And I love running in this weather! It's like hot but nice I guess it's in the middle of spring and summer not so humid but not cold. Anyway so I went on a run just for a mile to see where I was at and what I needed to do for the summer to get the time I needed for the hockey season. I have this app called run keeper and it keeps track of time distance and your pace that you are going. Which was great for today. Anyway so I got done and before strength training I was at around 12 minute mile, sometime hitting 10 or 15. But today I hit a pace of a nine minute mile. That was just the pace I got a 12 minute 1.09 mile but feeling the pace and being able to keep the pace for a longer amount of time was great! So with that pace set and the goal of 8 30 mile ahead for the hockey season I am going to work on improving that pace!

Today I am just so exhausted. It's prob because I am now eating more sugar than I used to and less other good stuff. But anyway yea I just don't feel like doing anything. But it's such a nice day bitter sweet.
